We ship the product from the warehouse within 1-3 business days to the customer.
We ship and sell products worldwide, and under normal circumstances, deliveries take between 3-9 business days, depending on the delivery option you choose. Orders placed on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next business day.
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delay.
Products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse to offer you the best possible prices. We reserve the right to any errors that may occur in connection with third-party logistics. Yes! We are based in Norway, but we ship all over the world except remote islands.

What Are The Expected Delivery Times?
Under normal circumstances, deliveries take between 8–12 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are typically packed and shipped on the next business day.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for delivery time issues. We recommend waiting up to 20 business days before contacting our customer service if you experience delays with your order.
My Package Cannot Be Tracked, What Can I Do?
After receiving the confirmation email for your shipment, it may take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking code to become active. If you still experience issues, do not hesitate to contact us.
